What is the minimum order quantity for hair care?

The MOQ is 100 bottles per SKU, and minimums apply per SKU rather than per order — so a first order may combine all three references at entry tier. Improved tier pricing opens at 500 bottles per SKU, and a full private-label programme opens at 1,000 bottles per SKU.

Can I private label the hair care line under my own brand?

Yes. At programme tier we put your brand on the bottle, the carton and the 3-in-1 export box, with territory discussion. Custom decoration options open from 500 bottles per SKU, subject to component minimums. Beyond Caviar Silk we also develop private-label masks, leave-ins, serums, sprays, scalp care, anti-dandruff products and treatment ampoules.

Do you support US FDA / MoCRA and GCC SFDA registration?

Yes. For the United States we handle cosmetic facility registration for the manufacturing site, product listing for each reference, safety substantiation, adverse event record-keeping and 21 CFR 701 label review. For Saudi Arabia and the GCC we complete the notification and registration pathway before import, with Arabic and English labelling and destination-market ingredient review. Requirements vary across GCC member states, so we confirm the pathway per country at order stage.

A formaldehyde-free thermal smoothing treatment built on glyoxylic acid derivatives — glyoxyloyl carbocysteine and glyoxyloyl keratin amino acids — which form reversible bonds with the hair’s keratin structure and are set by heat. Pre-service & home care

A sulfate-based nutritive cleanser designed to work with the smoothing system. In the salon it opens the cuticle and removes build-up ahead of the thermal treatment; at home it maintains the result between services. Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, polyquaternium-7 and amodimethicone deliver slip and post-wash manageability.

Nutritive Conditioner

Post-service & home care

An acidic cream conditioner that closes the cuticle and seals the hair after the thermal treatment. Behentrimonium methosulfate, cetearyl alcohol and stearamidopropyl dimethylamine build the conditioning base; hydroxypropyl starch phosphate and dimethicone deliver detangling and slip. The acidic pH is functional — it helps lock the smoothing result in place.

1000 mL is the standard export presentation for all three references. 200 mL and 500 mL fills are available by project, subject to component availability and minimum run size — confirmed in the formal quotation. Caviar Silk is formulated for natural, virgin and untreated hair — coarse, dense and frizz-prone, with no prior chemical lightening. We hold that line deliberately: bleached, highlighted and chemically treated hair behaves differently under heat, and we will not stretch a claim to cover it.

A companion system for that hair is in development and available on request. If your salons are turning that work away — or you want it quoted alongside Caviar Silk — tell us your market and volume and we will bring you in as the system reaches release.

What it is
A separate formulation built for hair that has already been lifted, highlighted or chemically treated, developed from the same Brazilian manufacturing base and under the same export documentation discipline as Caviar Silk.
Where it stands
In development. It is not released for general order yet. Specifications and samples are shared on request as the file matures — we will not quote a release date we cannot hold.
Why it is separate
Bleached and chemically treated hair carries a different history of damage and behaves differently under heat. Rather than stretch the Caviar Silk claim set to cover it, we are building a system for it.

The salon protocol

Prepare. Treat. Seal.

The service sequence a trained stylist follows, and the reason all three references are quoted as one system. Processing time, iron temperature and pass count are issued with the manufacturer’s official application instructions.

Cleanse
Wash twice with Caviar Silk Nutritive Shampoo to open the cuticle and strip residue and build-up. Rinse thoroughly.

Prepare
Towel-dry, then blow-dry to approximately 80–100% dry. Section the hair.

Treat
Apply Caviar Silk Thermal Straightening Protein evenly from mid-length to ends, keeping approximately 1 cm clear of the scalp. Comb through and process.

Activate
Blow-dry completely, then flat-iron in thin sections. Ventilate the workspace throughout the thermal phase.

Seal
Cool, rinse, then apply Caviar Silk Nutritive Conditioner. Leave 2–3 minutes and rinse.
06
Maintain
Send the client home on the shampoo and conditioner. The maintenance pair is where the repeat revenue sits.

Where the margin sits

One 1000 mL Protein covers a run of salon services. The shampoo and conditioner are the references that leave with the client and come back as reorders. Salons that retail the maintenance pair alongside the service consistently reorder sooner than salons that treat Caviar Silk as a back-bar product alone.

Professional use only

The Thermal Straightening Protein is a salon service product, applied by licensed cosmetologists only. It is not offered for retail sale to consumers. The shampoo and conditioner are suitable for salon back-bar and for retail home maintenance.

Ventilate throughout the thermal phase. Operators wear gloves; eye protection is recommended during application. A full Safety Data Sheet accompanies every shipment and must be kept accessible to salon staff under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200.

Formaldehyde-free — how we support it

No formaldehyde, methylene glycol or formaldehyde-releasing preservatives are declared in any of the three formulas. The claim is supported by an accredited laboratory certificate showing free formaldehyde at non-detect, issued for the Protein and supplied with the technical file. This is also what satisfies California’s Toxic-Free Cosmetics Act.

On glyoxylic acid, our position is on the record: France’s ANSES has issued a health alert and the European Commission has mandated its Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety and issued a call for data. There is no United States restriction today and none is proposed. We track the file, we do not hide it, and we would rather a salon buyer hear this from us than from a competitor. Where product is destined for the European Union, speak to us first.
